• Submit bids and budgets by deadlines.
• Sell projects and build contractor relationships.
• Manage submittals, procurement, labor and equipment across projects.
• Collaborate with foremen and project managers.
• Include value-engineering ideas on bids.
• Follow up on bids with Architects/GCs to close business.
