BA in Construction Management or related field, 5–10 years in commercial construction and drywall experience preferred; strong communication, leadership, and travel by driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• BA in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Strong project management skills including planning, budgeting and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driver’s License – ability to travel to job sites and Valley locations.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison to owners and representatives; serve as first contact for project questions and changes.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Build relationships within the team to minimize obstacles; communicate requirements and changes.
