Valley Interior Systems, a leading interior specialty contractor, seeks a Commercial Drywall Project Manager for Nashville, TN. You will plan, lead, and oversee commercial drywall projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and profitability.

Ideal candidates have a BA in Construction Management or related field and 5–10 years of project management experience in commercial construction, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Competenze

• BA in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Drywall experience preferred and a strong leadership capability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Act as liaison to owner and stakeholders, resolving design, scope, and schedule issues.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Maintain relationships to minimize obstacles and ensure smooth execution.
• Participate in pre-bid and progress meetings, communicating outcomes to teams.
• Provide input on financial matters to support revenue targets.
• Ensure work meets plans, specs, timelines, and quality standards.
