Project Manager – Commercial Drywall

Our client is a well-established commercial drywall and interiors contractor with a strong reputation, a healthy backlog, and a leadership team committed to long‑term growth.

Due to an internal promotion, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of commercial drywall and interior systems projects from pre‑construction through closeout.

What You'll Do

• Manage commercial drywall, framing, ceilings, and interior systems projects from award to completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Coordinate field operations, superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and scope requirements
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Track labor productivity and project profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors and owners
• Participate in project turnover, planning, and closeout activities
