• Underwriting – spreads and analyzes borrower financials with Loan Officers.
• Loan Documentation – reviews and negotiates the loan documentation process through closing.
• Portfolio Management – supports post-closing activities including upsizes and modifications.
• Prepares Credit Memorandum and presents to Credit and Executive Loan Committee as applicable.
• Maintains regulatory awareness including BSA, AML, CIP and OFAC.
