Live Oak Bank is seeking a Commercial Credit Underwriter to analyze deals, underwrite loans, and move proposals to closing. You will assess borrower financials, collaborate with Loan Officers, and produce credit materials to support decisions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, experience in underwriting or credit analysis, and a strong focus on regulatory compliance. This is a full-time position based in the United States.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Credit underwriting, credit analyst, or similar experience is expected.

Mansioni

• Underwriting: spread and analyze borrower financials with loan officers to create credit overviews.
• Loan Documentation: review and negotiate loan documents through closing with management support.
• Portfolio Management: assist post-closing activities and support the Portfolio Analyst team.
• Participate in strategic initiatives to grow Conventional volume within SBB.
• Complete underwriting analysis including borrower financial status and property evaluation.
• Maintain regulatory awareness including BSA, AML, CIP, and OFAC.
