Live Oak Bank, a digital bank for small business owners, is seeking a Senior Portfolio Analyst to join the Sponsor Finance team in Wilmington, DE. You will collect and analyze financial data, prepare spreads, monitor covenant compliance, and support loan reviews throughout the life of each relationship.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 4+ years of experience in banking, commercial lending, portfolio management, credit analysis, underwriting or related discipline.
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements to assess a company's health and obligations.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong credit and risk assessment skills with knowledge of lending policies and collateral structures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a strong customer service orientation.

• Collect and analyze financial data to prepare spreads and analyses, monitor liquidity and earnings trends, and track covenant compliance.
• Evaluate financial performance and risks by monitoring KPIs and qualitative factors to assess borrower risk.
• Establish and maintain direct client relationships through meetings and site visits.
• Underwrite and manage loan modifications, amendments, waivers, renewals and advances.
• Collaborate with deal and credit teams to guide underperforming accounts and determine responses.
• Prepare diligence and presentation materials for loan reviews and present to stakeholders.
