Job summary

Nationwide is seeking an Analyst, Commercial Loan Processing to support servicing of commercial mortgage loans from origination to payoff. This role is part of the Investments team and emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and client-focused care.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in business or finance and at least three years of related CRE experience with strong communication and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in business, finance, or related field.
• Three years of related experience in commercial real estate.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review loan documents and ensure accuracy in the mortgage loan system.
• Update mortgage loan system with modifications and regular updates.
• Research payment discrepancies with Operations/Servicers to resolve issues.
• Administer monthly payments for Mezzanine & SOFR loans.
• Follow up on late charges and prepare/validate payoff documents.
• Coordinate imaging of loan documents and review legal binders.
• Handle paper storage requests and assist with system upgrades.
