Job summary

Finzly is hiring a Commercial Contracts Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina. This highly cross-functional role focuses on driving end-to-end contract execution across enterprise fintech and banking clients.

The ideal candidate will negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and manage contract risks, partnering with legal and client teams. They will ensure alignment of sales commitments with delivery realities, enhancing consistency in contracting workflows.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in commercial contracts, deal desk, or contract negotiation roles.
• Strong experience negotiating enterprise agreements including MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, and change orders.
• Comfortable working with legal, procurement, delivery, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Negotiating and managing MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, amendments, renewals, and change orders.
• Driving contract redlines through closure while partnering with internal legal counsel and client legal teams.
• Ensuring alignment between sales commitments, contractual obligations, and delivery realities.
