Job summary

Fidelity Investments in Durham, NC is seeking a Document Specialist for Strategic Contracts. You will manage contract intake, assignments, and workflows, support internal stakeholders, and review terms for risk while driving analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
• 3–5 years in contract administration, operations, process improvement, project management, internal controls, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience with intake and contract management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, assignments, front and back-end contracting, reporting, analytics, dashboards.
• Support internal business partners with contracting requests and questions.
• Review contracts for risk-related provisions and ensure accuracy.
• Drive analytics, reporting, and technology projects; handle ad hoc tasks.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Contracts team to streamline processes.
