Responsibilities

• Develop bids with estimating staff and respond to client questions.
• Create and manage project schedules using MS Project and set general conditions for bids.
• Review subcontractor bids for completeness and accuracy; lead progress meetings.
• Negotiate with subcontractors, draft subcontracts, and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Oversee project execution to meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
• Identify risks, track changes, and handle issues to maintain client satisfaction.
