UMB Financial Corporation is seeking a Client Advisor - Commercial Card in Kansas City, MO. You will support Tier 2/3 Commercial Card clients and administrators, delivering an unparalleled customer experience across multiple channels.

You will work with Account Executives, Card Sales Officers, and program teams to resolve inquiries, train users, and drive program growth. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple requests with attention to detail.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2 years of credit card program or financial services experience.
• 3–5 years in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service & Sales in a related field, or Operations Technical Support with equivalent education.

Responsabilidades

• You will be a subject matter expert and point of contact for Program Administrators and Company Contacts to provide consultation, research, and solutions for complex card program inquiries, issues and escalations.
• You will track client issues and resolutions, coordinating with appropriate resources to ensure follow-up and satisfaction.
• You will provide proactive communication with clients and internal partners regarding all aspects of the client experience and set proper expectations.
• You will provide training and education to clients and business partners on program tools and best practices as needed through multiple channels.
• You will identify process improvements and program growth opportunities through root cause analysis and program reviews.
• You will complete complex administrative requests such as creating card strategies, account modifications, expense management best practices, and other card program maintenance.
