Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a Client Advisor - Commercial Card to align with a geographic banking territory and collaborate with Account Executives and Card Sales Officers. You will act as the go-to expert for program administrators and company contacts, delivering an unparalleled customer experience through multiple channels.

You will handle complex inquiries, drive process improvements, and train clients on program tools and best practices while supporting program growth and strategic solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2 years of credit card program or financial services experience; OR 3–5 years in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service & Sales or related roles.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert and primary contact for Program Administrators and Company Contacts.
• Track client issues and resolutions and ensure follow-up.
• Proactively communicate status and set expectations with clients and partners.
• Provide training on program tools and best practices across channels.
• Identify process improvements and growth opportunities via root-cause analysis.
• Support program reviews with Account Executives and Card Sales Officers.
