Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful commercial banking, credit union, or commercial lending experience.
• 2+ years as Personal Banker, Financial Services Officer, or related manager role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial products, underwriting, and financial services regulations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degrees a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow commercial relationships through proactive development and referrals.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of business members, identifying needs and solutions.
• Cross-sell personal and business products to deepen relationships.
• Coach frontline teams to uncover opportunities and enhance service.
• Oversee business credit applications and support sound underwriting.
• Collaborate with teams to improve retention, growth, and profitability.
• Represent First Commerce at community and business events in Tallahassee.
