Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plant equipment such as crushers and conveyors.
• Assist drilling and blasting activities and design layouts.
• Perform quality control testing and interpret product specs.
• Lead operational and continuous improvement projects.

• Provide high level customer service and follow established procedures.
• Participate in leadership development activities for future supervision.
• Develop skills in coaching, planning, and crew leadership.
