Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking an engaged and organized COM Coordinator for the Campbell Crossing team at Fort Campbell, KY. You will coordinate and facilitate COM administration, working with the COM Manager, Leasing Manager, and Community Managers to ensure timely, on-budget, and quality repairs.

A REAL ID compliant driver’s license is required to access the federal facility, per the REAL ID Act. Prior experience with Yardi and Microsoft Office is beneficial for preparing reports and managing work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Vocational or technical training is preferred.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate COM work, including estimating time and cost.
• Verify labor and parts entries on all work orders and reconcile hours in Yardi.
• Maintain communication between maintenance and leasing offices.
• Generate weekly/monthly maintenance reports and propose solutions.
• May schedule daily technician workload and cover for managers in their absence.
