Formación

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in leading and developing staff within financial operations.
• Knowledge of GAAP, GASB, and higher education financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency with financial systems and MS Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee financial accounting, reporting, A/R, A/P, payroll, and cash management.
• Develop and monitor the annual operating budget with input from stakeholders.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing and external audits.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for Board and management.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise Business Office staff to achieve high performance.
