Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Seven years of related experience.
• Five years supervising direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across financial functions and establish priorities.
• Oversee annual audit and CAFR preparation.
• Develop and monitor the annual budget integrating priorities and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, reserves, and investments to maintain liquidity.
• Provide financial reporting and risk oversight to executive leadership.
