Responsibilities

Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and balances.
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and billing concerns.
Monitor and maintain accounts receivable aging reports.
Process customer payments, credits, refunds, and account adjustments; prepare reconciliations and assist with journal entries.
Collaborate with internal departments to address invoicing issues.
Maintain documentation of collection activities and customer interactions.
