Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of collections experience or 1–2 years in accounts receivable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to monitor overdue accounts and identify delinquencies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all necessary payments are received from customers.
• Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue amounts due.
• Contact customers to notify them of overdue payments.
• Identify when lien rights will expire on overdue debts.
