Job summary

Bread Financial is seeking a Senior Manager for Collections Strategy & Analytics to lead strategic direction, governance, and analytics across delinquent portfolios. You will partner with Operations and Advanced Analytics to optimize collection strategies and drive portfolio performance against risk and financial goals.

You will manage a team of analysts, deliver insights to senior leadership, and influence investment decisions through data-driven storytelling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 10-13 years of experience in analytics or financial forecasting and/or credit risk analysis
• 3+ years of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction, prioritization, and optimization of collection strategies across delinquent portfolios.
• Lead governance, measurement, and evaluation of collection strategies across delinquent portfolios.
• Lead and develop a team of Analysts and Lead Analysts through coaching and performance management.
• Communicate strategy performance and insights to senior and executive leaders.
