You will handle AR inquiries, negotiate payment commitments, and maintain a disciplined collection cadence to protect cash flow.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collections or AR, excellent communication, and a strong focus on accuracy and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Organized with strong time management and follow-up.
• Accurate documentation and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented while able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts across multiple brands to ensure timely payments.
• Be the primary contact for AR inquiries, questions, and routine payment issues.
• Maintain regular collection cadence via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide professional, empathetic customer interactions to preserve relationships.
• Escalate complex issues to AR Specialists as needed and document activity.
