• Develops coverage models and cross-trains staff across specialties.
• Samples medical documentation to ensure coding/billing compliance.
• Monitors workflow, analyzes audit trends, and drives corrective actions.
• Presents audit results and conducts education sessions for staff.
• Plans daily work activities and guides staff performance.
• Serves as HMFP audit liaison and promotes compliant billing.
• Provides coding services and resolves denials with billing services.
• May develop performance metrics and collaborate with leadership.
