Qualifications

• Proven ability to define business processes, operations, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Establish cross-functional teams and coordinate SMEs to plan and implement programs.
• Manage program plans, dependencies, deliverables, risks and resources with visibility.
• Evaluate and improve processes, tools, and best practices for efficiency.
• Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices across the organization.
• Serve as escalation point for stakeholders and remove blockers.
