You will influence senior leaders, manage risk and change, and mentor teams to deliver complex solutions using Agile practices. This role focuses on shipping high-quality capabilities across Akamai's cloud platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience navigating ambiguity, managing risks, and adapting to changing priorities.
• Ability to inspire people at all levels without direct authority.
• Strong change management and transformation skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full software development lifecycle and product development for various solutions.
• Manage complex, multi-disciplinary programs from concept to market including schedule and budget.
• Drive cross-functional activities to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to cross-functional team members.
• Communicate program status and changes to senior leaders using standard methods.
