Job summary

Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead critical software and product initiatives from concept to market. You will align product, engineering, and business teams to deliver high-impact programs and measure performance to improve customer satisfaction.

You will guide the full SDLC, manage complex programs, and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams, communicating status to senior leadership and stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in technical program management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience navigating ambiguity, managing risks, and adapting to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full software development lifecycle and product development processes.
• Manage complex, multi-disciplinary programs from concept to market with schedule and budget tracking.
• Drive cross-functional activities to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to cross-functional team members.
• Communicate program status clearly to senior leaders using standardized methods.
