Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in business management or its equivalent.
• Significant experience in Agile processes and methodologies.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, handling risks, and shifting gears as needed.
• Demonstrated change management and transformation experience.
• Experience with business processes, operations, and metric definitions.

Responsibilities

• Establish cross-functional teams, coordinating subject matter experts to plan and implement programs.
• Manage program plans, dependencies, deliverables, and risks, aligning resources and providing proactive visibility.
• Evaluate and improve processes, tools, and best practices to drive efficiency and consistency.
• Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset.
• Ensure the organization adheres to industry best practices.
• Serve as a point of contact for escalation with stakeholders and remove blockers.
