Job summary

SAP SE is seeking a Cloud Architect Expert to join the Customer Success organization. You will be a primary technical contact for Strategic Customers, guiding cloud architecture decisions and collaborating with delivery, engineering, and partners.

You will lead customer engagements, present private cloud options on hyperscale clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP), and craft roadmaps that align with SAP Transformation solutions. Fluency in English and travel willingness are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of customer-facing SAP technical consulting.
• 2+ years of pre-sales experience.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience with IaaS providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of SAP HANA and S/4HANA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present RISE Private Cloud offering to stakeholders.
• Build customer cloud roadmaps to support cloud adoption.
• Gather as-is requirements and map to to-be cloud architecture.
• Assess security and network requirements for SAP architecture.
• Lead technical discussions with SAP delivery teams.
• Act as Trusted Advisor on SAP RISE technical aspects.
