Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to guide a major technology customer through cloud strategy and transformation. You will architect scalable solutions and influence roadmaps at the executive level, driving measurable business outcomes.

You will mentor other architects, lead cross-team initiatives, and articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, and infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• Experience developing technology solutions and evangelising end-to-end IT roadmaps toward cloud computing.
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences and at C-level.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive technical strategy for a global technology customer, influencing long-term business and technology decisions.
• Design and deliver large-scale architectures and technical solutions addressing complex problems.
• Serve as trusted advisor to customer leadership guiding them through technology transformation journeys.
• Lead cross-organizational initiatives requiring consensus and collaboration for successful delivery.
• Mentor other Solutions Architects, sharing expertise and fostering growth.
