Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical program or project management spanning cross functional teams.
• At least 4+ years on Cloud transformation.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience using analytics to translate business issues into investigative solutions.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to measure impact (cost savings, quality, velocity).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, cloud technologies, and hardware integration.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other modern delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Run complex modernization/transformation programs to Cloud, owning scoping, planning, and execution end to end.
• Partner with and influence multiple engineering teams across business units.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
• Build and maintain detailed program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency frameworks.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues with a proactive approach.
• Ensure delivery of technical capabilities meeting quality, security, and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on priorities and progress.
