Job summary

Oracle seeks a Lead Principal Product Manager to own a major strategic product area spanning AI/ML, Cloud Native, and Dedicated Cloud environments. You will translate strategic insight into a clear roadmap and lead cross-functional execution to production-ready capabilities.

You will engage with executives, architects, and engineering leaders, driving scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions while mentoring teams to elevate product thinking and decision making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in product management or cloud infrastructure
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is valued
• Proven success owning product strategy, roadmaps, releases, and operational quality for business-critical products
• Deep expertise in AI/ML infrastructure, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or Dedicated Cloud environments
• Experience engaging with large strategic customers and senior leadership
• Ability to operate independently on highly complex cross-organizational initiatives
• Strong analytical, commercial, written, presentation, and executive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Align development and prioritization with strategic-customer needs and market signals; own a prioritized roadmap
• Build relationships with executives and engineering leaders to understand priorities and requirements
• Partner with Engineering to deliver scalable capabilities with reliability, security, performance, and cost efficiency
• Lead design-partner, early-adopter, and beta programs to validate direction and drive deployments
• Translate insights into product requirements, specifications, and reference architectures
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery to launch and adoption
• Maintain awareness of AI/ML, Cloud Native, and Dedicated Cloud competitive landscape
• Provide leadership with roadmap priorities and strategic tradeoffs
• Enable the field with validated architectures and deployment patterns
• Mentor product managers to raise product thinking and decision making
