Job summary

Protagona, LLC is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead cloud projects from pre-sales through delivery, coordinating multiple complex initiatives and building strong client relationships. You will ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and within scope, while leveraging Agile practices and coaching teams across the engagement.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years managing technology projects and hands-on Agile experience, with familiarity in cloud technologies and AWS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managing projects in technology or consulting.
• Hands-on Agile experience, Scrum Master preferred.
• Knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies, best practices.
• Experience with cloud technologies and software development.
• Strong customer-facing consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiation, planning, and execution of cloud projects.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and issues.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer contacts with sales.
• Develop domain knowledge to discuss implementation details with stakeholders.
