Job summary

Ceribell, Inc is seeking a Manager of Strategic Clinical Research to advance clinical studies validating the value of its FDA-cleared EEG products. You will translate research concepts into study protocols, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with investigators, data science, and commercial teams to shape evidence generation and product messaging.

You will manage a portfolio of research projects, ensure methodological rigor, and drive results from design through analysis and dissemination,

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific or clinical field with formal training or demonstrated expertise in clinical research methodology.
• 7+ years of clinical research experience, with 5+ years in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, and demonstrated success advancing projects from study design to reporting.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research design, protocol development, and statistical methods.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to independently manage multiple projects with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

• Translate research concepts into well-defined research questions, robust protocols, and actionable study plans with scientific rigor.
• Conduct literature reviews to evaluate evidence base and inform study design.
• Manage planning and development of a portfolio of research projects with milestones and risks.
• Lead or contribute to analysis, interpretation, and dissemination of study data with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Commercial/Go-to-Market, Marketing, and other teams to translate findings into product messaging and materials.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager/Supervisor
