Ceribell, a medical‑technology company delivering rapid seizure detection, seeks a Manager Strategic Clinical Research to lead clinical research programs validating FDA‑cleared products, focusing on pediatric and neonatal lines.

You will translate research concepts into robust study protocols, manage multiple projects with limited oversight, collaborate with Clinical Affairs, Data Science, and external physicians, and drive dissemination and commercial translation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical research experience, with 5+ years in medical devices or pharma.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research design and statistical methods.
• Excellent organizational and independent project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate research concepts and evidence gaps into robust study protocols and actionable plans.
• Conduct literature reviews to inform study design and endpoints.
• Manage planning and development of a portfolio of research projects with milestones and deliverables.
• Lead or contribute to analysis, interpretation, and dissemination of study data.
• Partner with Commercial/Go-To-Market, Marketing, and other teams to translate findings into product messaging.
