Job summary

Ceribell is seeking a Director/Manager of Research and Data to lead efforts to acquire and secure clinical and EEG datasets for developing new indications for the Ceribell EEG platform. The role sits at the intersection of R&D, Clinical, and partnerships with researchers and academic centers to enable high-quality data for algorithm development.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or research degree required.
• 5+ years in clinical research, healthcare, or medical technology with a track record of collaborations.
• Ability to evaluate study design, proposals, and data quality.
• Familiarity with EMR data, integrations, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Translate data needs into data requirements and acquisition plans.
• Identify and manage relationships with researchers and academic centers.
• Evaluate external proposals for scientific merit and clinical relevance.
• Lead EMR integration efforts with partner hospitals to obtain context and outcomes data.
• Assess data quality, cohort definitions, and annotation methods with data scientists.
