Job summary

Ceribell is seeking a Principal Clinical Research Scientist in Sunnyvale, CA to drive clinical evidence generation for product development, regulatory submissions, and commercial growth. You will translate data into publications and marketing materials, coordinating with clinical operations, regulatory, marketing, R&D, and external KOLs.

You will author abstracts and manuscripts, manage the publication pipeline, and support FDA submissions while ensuring scientific integrity and regulatory

Qualifications

• PhD in a life science discipline or related field.
• 5+ years of clinical research in medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in R, Python, or equivalent statistical tools.
• Strong scientific writing; peer‑reviewed publications experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret clinical data; translate into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of clinical evidence generation from gap analysis to publication.
• Author abstracts, manuscripts, posters for conferences and audiences.
• Manage the clinical evidence library and publication pipeline with timelines.
• Support regulatory submissions with clinical evidence and trial results (e.g. FDA 510(k)).
• Design prospective and retrospective studies; interface with investigators, KOLs, and internal teams.
• Maintain relationships with clinical and scientific leaders to advance study execution.
