• Experience leading cross-functional programs and teams.
• Background in healthcare, medical device industry, or regulated clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and therapy strategies into clinical evidence generation plans.
• Own development and lifecycle of integrated evidence roadmaps.
• Drive alignment with R&D, Regulatory, HEOR, Marketing, and Clinical Affairs.
• Identify and apply real-world datasets and AI/ML tools to enhance clinical strategy.
• Support cross-functional core teams from concept to post-market.
