Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a degree with relevant experience in neural engineering, biomedical engineering, neuroscience, data science, ML, or signal processing.
• Experience applying statistics and experimental design to complex problems.
• Experience developing ML/AI models and processing large datasets.
• Experience in Python and/or MATLAB for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale neural recording datasets to identify patterns and therapy opportunities.
• Develop ML/AI, statistical, and signal processing algorithms for predictive insights.
• Design and execute data analysis strategies for research, preclinical, and clinical studies.
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to translate findings into product development decisions.
• Evaluate novel neural engineering concepts for current and future technologies.
• Communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
• Support development of scientific evidence for new therapies and platforms.
• Represent work with external clinical partners and researchers.
