Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Senior Clinical Advisor - Client Product Business Strategy to deliver complex, customer-specific solutions for the myPBM platform. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage key customer relationships, and align priorities with PBM strategy while safeguarding clinical and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmacist experience in customer relationship management (or equivalent client-facing experience).
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license.
• Knowledge of PBM system technology.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and solution design.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across business units to improve member, provider, and customer experience.
• Strong leadership, organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Resourcefulness and confidence in learning complex material quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to peers, all levels of personnel, and customers.
• Demonstrated understanding of the role of UM in managed care environment.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business correspondence, technical procedures, regulations, budget performance, and key metrics.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of driving long-term goals and priorities.
• Willingness to travel to customers for meetings, internal meetings, and other events as directed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic leadership for customer relationships and partner with PBM teams to align priorities.
• Serve as go-to expert on processes and systems, translating complexity into practical solutions.
• Apply clinical expertise to influence strategy, communication, data analysis, project work, and customer interactions.
• Lead issue resolution, escalations, and corrective action plans across teams.
• Demonstrate and communicate the value of the partnership to customers.
• Support new technology implementations with focus on clinical intent and PBM strategy.
• Create and deliver materials on strategy, responsibilities, metrics, and performance.
• Act as a clinical expert in process and technology to build customer confidence.
• Drive continuous improvement through problem-solving and disciplined execution.
• Build engagement through recognition, feedback, coaching, and development.
• Own team outcomes through mentoring, accountability, and day-to-day leadership.
