Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Advisor to lead client product strategy and PBM initiatives. This role partners with PBM teams and customers to align priorities and deliver measurable outcomes, leveraging clinical expertise to shape strategy and drive cross-functional execution.

The ideal candidate has pharmacist licensure, 5+ years of client-facing experience, and a deep understanding of myPBM platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmacist experience in customer relationship management or equivalent client-facing role.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license.
• Knowledge of PBM system technology.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis abilities.
• Ability to partner across business units to improve member and customer experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel to customers and meetings.
• Understanding of UM in managed care.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with customers, Account Teams, Technology and Operations.
• Translate complex processes and systems into practical solutions.
• Apply clinical expertise to strategy, data analysis, project work, and customer interactions.
• Lead issue resolution, escalations, and corrective action plans across teams.
• Demonstrate and communicate the value of the partnership to customers.
• Support new technology implementations with clinical intent and PBM strategy.
• Create and deliver materials on strategy, responsibilities, metrics and performance.
• Mentor teams and drive day-to-day accountability and engagement.
