CVS Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Advisor - Client Product Business Strategy to deliver customer-specific solutions for the myPBM platform, partnering with Account Teams and PBM teams.

You'll be a strategic clinical leader, translating complex processes into practical solutions while guiding cross-functional teams to align priorities, improve member and provider experiences, and drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years pharmacist experience in customer relationship management or equivalent client-facing roles.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license.
• Knowledge of PBM system technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead across business units to improve member, provider, and customer experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Willingness to travel to customers and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships across systems and processes.
• Partner with clinicians to translate clinical changes into solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
