CVS Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Advisor - Client Product Business Strategy to deliver complex, customer-specific solutions and drive cross-functional collaboration around the myPBM platform.

You will lead relationships with customers and partner with PBM teams to align priorities, remove barriers, and deliver measurable outcomes. Strong clinical expertise and leadership are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmacist experience in customer relationship management or equivalent client-facing experience.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license.
• Knowledge of PBM system technology.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to partner across business units to improve member, provider, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Teams, Technology, Operations and stakeholders to deliver customer needs.
• Serve as go-to expert on processes and systems, translating complexity into practical solutions.
• Apply clinical expertise to influence strategy, data analysis, and customer interactions.
• Lead issue resolution and corrective action plans across teams.
• Demonstrate value of the partnership to customers.
• Support new technology implementations with focus on clinical intent and PBM strategy.
