Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Advisor - Client Product Business Strategy to lead strategic, client‑focused initiatives around the myPBM platform. You will influence stakeholders, design clinical solutions, and partner with PBM teams to deliver value for customers.

The role requires a licensed pharmacist with strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills, plus willingness to travel for customer and internal meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmacist experience in customer relationship management (or equivalent client‑facing experience)
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license
• Knowledge of PBM system technology
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills, including root cause analysis and solution design
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across business units to improve member, provider, and customer experience
• Strong leadership, organization, prioritization, and communication skills
• Resourcefulness and confidence in learning complex material quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to peers, all levels of personnel, and customers
• Demonstrated understanding of the role of UM in managed care environment
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business correspondence, technical procedures, regulations, budget performance, and key metrics
• Strategic mindset with a track record of driving long‑term goals and priorities
• Willingness to travel to customers for meetings, internal meetings, and other events as directed

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic leader for key customer relationships and partner with PBM teams
• Lead cross‑functional teams to align priorities and deliver measurable outcomes
• Translate complex clinical concepts into practical solutions for customers
• Drive issue resolution and corrective action plans across teams
• Develop and deliver strategy materials, responsibilities, metrics, and performance data
• Act as clinical expert in process and technology to build customer confidence
• Mentor teams and own outcomes through accountability and day‑to‑day leadership
