CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: Client Account Manager (CAM)

Looking for a detail-oriented person to work with the Management team overseeing projects for Fortune 100 clients across the US.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Client Account Management Team and Information Management Team via telephone and email
• Answering high volume of incoming calls
• Dispatching service requests to technicians and vendors
• Running reports and following up on all service requests within your range
• Data Entry
• Processing purchase orders, etc.
