Job summary

Taxfyle in the United States is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to serve as the primary contact for partner clients, guiding them from job submission through e-filing and beyond. You will nurture relationships, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless client journey across the engagement lifecycle.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a working knowledge of tax or accounting concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of client relationship, account management, or customer success experience.
• Foundational knowledge of tax, accounting, or financial services strongly preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRMs and customer success platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends during peak season (Jan - April).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned taxpayer clients, serving as their trusted point of contact.
• Guide clients through the full engagement process, ensuring smooth job submission, processing, and e-filing.
• Monitor account activity to proactively identify issues, address concerns, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with the Partner Experience and internal support teams to deliver a seamless, consistent client journey.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes in CRM systems.
• Track and report on key client performance metrics to support team and organizational goals.
• Escalate complex or high-priority issues to the Manager, Client Success while maintaining ownership of communication with the client.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process enhancements.
