Job summary

Taxfyle in Miami, FL seeks a Client Relationship Manager to be the primary liaison for partner clients from submission through e-filing. You will ensure seamless experiences, build lasting relationships, and drive successful outcomes for partners and end clients.

The role requires strong client management, analytical problem-solving, and working knowledge of tax concepts. Occasional nights/weekends are possible during peak season, with a competitive base salary and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required or preferred.
1+ years of client relationship, account management, or customer success experience.
Foundational knowledge of tax, accounting, or financial services preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and manage client expectations.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRMs and customer success platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends during peak season (Jan - Apr).

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned taxpayer clients, serving as their trusted contact.
Guide clients through the full engagement process, ensuring smooth job submission, processing, and e-filing.
Monitor account activity to proactively identify issues and ensure timely resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client journey.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes in CRM systems.
Track and report on key client performance metrics.
