Job summary

Avant Healthcare Professionals is seeking a Client Success Manager to nurture client relationships and manage the lifecycle from onboarding to assignment completion. You will coordinate job orders, placements of healthcare professionals, and contract management, while partnering with internal teams to resolve issues and promote client satisfaction.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s in business and 2+ years of sales/account management, or 3–4 years in customer service/HR; healthcare experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field required.
• 2 years sales/account management or 3–4 years in Customer Service/HR.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to develop workflows and processes.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Intermediate competency with database management and HRIS software; Excel/Word/PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Onboard new clients with Business Development and identify expansion opportunities.
• Submit applicants for placement and coordinate interviews and offers.
• Assist with escalations related to interviews, offers, and confirmations.
• Manage contract processes and annual bill rate increases.
• Maintain client data in Avant databases and generate reports.
• Conduct client reviews and onsite visits to identify opportunities.
• Support SOP creation and maintenance for internal processes.
• Meet KPIs, maximize conversions, and escalate issues when needed.
