Job summary

PMA Companies is seeking a skilled Client Service Manager to act as the primary liaison for service, performance, maintenance and account installation for assigned accounts. You will leverage workers' compensation and casualty claims knowledge to work with Underwriting, Claims and Risk Control to drive down the total cost of risk.

The role requires six+ years in workers' compensation and casualty claims, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in workers' compensation and casualty claims handling
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• AIC or CPCU designation preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for service, performance, maintenance and account installation issues for assigned accounts
• Lead broker capability presentations and new business meetings
• Ensure seamless onboarding and central point of contact for service inquiries
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims and Risk Control to improve client results
• Coordinate stewardship and Claim Review meetings to optimize client performance
• Provide timely feedback and engage internal departments to resolve service concerns
• Communicate PMA's claim handling philosophy and service capabilities to agents/clients
• Support account cost evaluation with data sharing during internal meetings
• Maintain cohesive stewardship reports with overall results and recommendations
