The ideal candidate has strong executive relationship skills, cross-functional collaboration abilities, and experience with HubSpot/ConnectWise Manage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Customer Success, Business Development, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience within the Managed IT Services (MSP), IT Services, SaaS, or technology industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot and familiarity with account growth activities.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships for an assigned portfolio of managed services customers.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews focused on objectives, technology strategy, and service performance.
• Identify opportunities for expansion through additional managed services and cross-sell products.
• Coordinate with engineering and leadership to prepare proposals and renewals.
• Monitor client satisfaction and ensure successful delivery of services.
