Job summary

OPOC.us is seeking a positive and energetic Client Success Manager to join the EmployerCARE team in Worthington, OH. The role focuses on understanding client needs, building trusted relationships, and proactively managing day-to-day compliance and workflow to deliver tailored EmployerCARE solutions.

Ideal candidates will manage multiyear strategic plans, collaborate across internal teams, and maintain excellent verbal and written communication to articulate value and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must currently possess or have the ability to obtain licensing including Ohio Health and Life.
• Preferred: proven experience in Account Management, Business Development, Relationship Management or Customer Success.
• Ability to build relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
• Skilled at collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.

• Lead multiyear strategic planning and manage day-to-day compliance and workflow for the client business.
